The office is awesome! Cathy And Erica is on it. Called with problem and their guys were here same day. Every time we use their services, they are fast and efficient! Their work and professionalism are second to none!

highly recommend this company and especially Daniel. was without hot water for a couple of days due to our water heater finally crapping out. had multiple plumbers out and they all gave the run around and kept trying to push their agendas. called Dr rooter and they sent Daniel out almost immediately and he spent 3 hours trying to fix our water heater before finally giving in that it had to be replaced. he came back this morning and in a few hours we had a brand new water heater just like the one we had in perfect working order. he went above and beyond. I am so thankful for him and the company.
