They came in and took their time to assess the problem. It was an easy fix. I asked them to give estimates on a couple other issues I was having and they gave me estimates for the work, should I decide to do it in the near future.
Brandon arrived on time, introduced himself then proceeded to diagnose the problem(s). At all times he conducted himself in a very professional manner. Easy to talk and provided answers to all of my questions. Was very satisfied with the quality of his work.
Daniel was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He called before he came to ask if it was all right to come a little early. He finished installing a kitchen faucet for me in record time. I appreciate the service I received with Cottrell!
