John and his son arrived at the time he said. It is obvious watching them work they know the business. I was impressed with how quickly they replaced my leaking shower valve and valve body. You can thrust John to give you only what you need. I highly recommend them.

We've had them come by 3-4 times for various issues. Most times the son was there, but all times we have had good experiences and work completed was done well as far as we can tell. They have even run out to the store to buy extra parts last minute. We had an issue where they had to come by multiple times without being able to actually do any work due to the parts we ordered showing up damaged and they never charged us extra for essentially wasting their time. They're also pleasant to chat with and seem great all around. Initially, we did have them through AHS (American Home Shield) like others here did but we've had nothing but great experiences and always call them directly now when we do need a plumber for absolutely anything.

John and his son came out after our warranty service sent another company 3 times and still couldn't fix a leaking faucet. After explaining all the problems I'd had he told me how he would fix it and he showed me step by step what he did and why the other company hadn't fixed it. Super knowledgeable and professional. So happy with the repair. Will not be renewing the warranty company but will call him when I need plumbing work.Service: Plumbing leak detection
