Britt was exceptional on time for appointment, took his time to do my yearly plumbing inspection, was informative about replacing internal parts and what makes them longer life. Alll the techs that I have had in the 4 years being a member have been great.

I had 3 Hunter ceiling fans needing to be installed in the bedrooms. Tim F. was the electrician that came out, and he did a great job! He was quick and knowledgeable and was in and out. The fans work like a dream! I've always been very impressed with Carolina Conditions employees, they know exactly what they are doing and work efficiently. Tim was polite and courteous and I felt comfortable with him in my home. My dog loved him so that's always a good sign :) A bit pricey I think, but worth it. Highly recommend!
