All went well until trying to order my contacts. I was promised a call back to correct the brand of contacts the doctor prescribed, as it was different than my previous contacts ordered with them, and after a week, still no call to order the ones I need. That's a bit inconvenient.
Made appt and eye exam was easy…. selected frames….. was out the door in about 1 1/2 hours..picked up glasses 5 days later.
Next pair of glasses, I will definitely return
I had an amazing experience. I picked out Ray Ban and they fit excellent. I also picked out an additional pair for my sunglasses which were also Ray Ban and they also turned out excellent. John the assistant manager help me and he was very friendly, helpful and professional. He suggested several things that I am glad I went with . Abby was my sales professional and she was very knowledgeable, engaging and happy to help in guiding me to the frames i wanted and what she thought would look good on me as well .
My overall experience with this America's Best was excellent.
