Kaitlyn did an absolute phenomenal job on my hair. I feel so beautiful. She was so friendly and treats you like she’s known you for years. She made sure my hair looked good both wavy and straight. I can’t believe how much better it looks. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve been a client at southern charm for five years. I am at this place once sometimes twice a month. Lisa does my waxing, Kaitlyn does my color and cuts and Alexis does my last minute blow outs. My entire family comes here. Why because they are honest and aren’t afraid to admit when they can’t do something. I love when a salon has consultations. Why? Helps them to be transparent so you know up front what the cost will be and what is expected. There are no surprises with this method.
