“Our relationship with them started with a pre-purchase crawlspace inspection. Glenn came out and noticed that there was evidence of high moisture and recommended the sellers to repair it. Unfortunately the sellers didn’t, but we loved the house so we bought it.Glenn prepared multiple options for us and explained all of them in depth. I had done a little research on types of vapor barriers and enclosing crawlspaces so I asked Glenn about enclosing our crawlspace and he told me that they would do whatever I asked of them but he believed they could address the issue without me having to spend the kind of money required for a full encapsulation.When we did the final walk through for the encapsulation we realized that our front “deck style” porch was included in the foundation and Glenn on the spot immediately thought about how to mediate the moisture that brought in.Throughout the installation Glenn kept me informed about what was going on and did all of the little things you love to see. He even installed a zipper door in our “curtain” to the deck so I could access that area easily.Glenn without a doubt went above and beyond for us and I wouldn’t use anyone but him and NWE.The lady’s in the office were always super friendly and informative. If I called and they weren’t sure of an answer they would find out and call me back. They worked with me with scheduling, payment, and followed up with me throughout the process.I highly recommend them for anything crawlspace related.We have also used them for pest control for years (at our old house) and continue to do so now. They’re always super informative and make sure you are happy when they do the pest treatments.“
