Extremely satisfied with doing business with AgSouth for our land/farm loan. They made getting the load very simple with no hassles. They sent the bill each month on time and stayed in touch each month by emails! Will be doing business again in the future!

Honestly, not one bad thing to say about Brandt at the Lauren's office/Ag South. Beyond helpful, the couple times we have worked with him, he has only been wonderful to work with. He seems to always be in our corner to do what is best for us and explains things to us very well. Not to mention he is fast and efficient!!!

Had a great experience with Brandt and his team. Had a previous refinance horror story with a different company and was nervous, but Brandt made this transaction very pleasant and almost effortless. Will definitely refer him and AgSouth to anyone needing help.

The Association serves 147 counties across the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and is headquartered in Statesville, North Carolina. AgSouth Mortgages is the home loan division of AgSouth Farm Credit. AgSouth Mortgages specializes in home loans with large acreage. They also offer construction to permanent loans, VA loans, first-time homebuyer programs, and USDA loans.
