I feel fully confident every time I go to this office, the entire staff is excellent and very compassionate . As a retired registered nurse , I am always almost happy to visit the office , and the fact that I hate dentists offices speaks volumes as to the level of competence of his entire office.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. McGarity for the past five years. The doctor and all of his staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just plain old nice. It is like family when you go there. We would not recommend any other dentist in Landrum.......or in Spartanburg......or in Polk County, too!!!

My husband and I both go here and really love it. The staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly, kind, and helpful.My only negative are the days they are available here. I believe since his son is also working with him, that can change a little.
