A place where people can come together for support and love. Light chats and laughs! Great shakes and teas. Phenomenal staff that is always friendly & helpful. I love starting my morning here with a tea and great friends.
A wonderful local gym! I'm from out of town and was looking for places that offered day/week passes and this is one of the only places I could find. You have all the machines and weights and gadgets you could ever need and the owner has a heart of gold. I will be back in the future!
First time going there and the lady that works there was very professional and showed my wife and I the fitness and exercise room and also explained the price it would be if we wanted to use their facility. I can't remember what drink my wife and I got but it was really good
