I want to state that there is no better HVAC tech's in the business. They work 24 hours a day, little thanks, and I have yet to ever have any issue whatsoever since working with them for over 30 years. Great people and I highly recommened them.
Kudos to Grant with Barton Brothers for providing top notch customer service! I am an out of town property owner. This young man worked within a time frame for renter to be at home, was on time and provided great communication. Followed up to explain the problem and that it was fixed. It is so nice to see someone with a heart for customer service. Barton Brothers should be proud of this employee. As my former career was managing an 800 consumer response system with reps for a Fortune 100 company, this young man displays top notch customer service for his company. I had a very good experience with Johnny and his company, I know things don't last like they use to. It's been a couple weeks now since install and everything seems to be going alright. Hopefully I won't have any issues but trust that if I do they will take care of the problem. It's hard now days to find nice professional people to do these kind of installs. I would highly recommend this company and it was hard to find others that could compete with their prices.
