Kudos to Grant with Barton Brothers for providing top notch customer service! I am an out of town property owner. This young man worked within a time frame for renter to be at home, was on time and provided great communication. Followed up to explain the problem and that it was fixed. It is so nice to see someone with a heart for customer service. Barton Brothers should be proud of this employee. As my former career was managing an 800 consumer response system with reps for a Fortune 100 company, this young man displays top notch customer service for his company. Put a smile on my face today and gives me hope for our young people.
