We just had our winter maintenance and found our tech Christian
to be knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He explained everything clearly and suggested that we consider surge protectors for both the heat and AC. It was not a hard sell at all but a valuable and worthwhile suggestion. My husband who is knowledgeable in this area agreed and appreciated that he brought the idea up. We got one for each unit. Along with the excellent experience with Christian the ladies who handle the phones are also very pleasant and helpful to deal wiht.
I was due for my annual maintenance and my heat wasn’t working. Christian got my heat working and completed my annual maintenance. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond. Port’s is always there when i need them! Also want to give a very long overdue shout out to Joey! My AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year and he came out after hours to get my AC up and running! Port’s has the best technicians!
HVAC Technician, Joey Cavenaugh, with Ports Heating and Air earned 10 stars today! What a pleasure to have him come for the regular servicing of my unit. He took the time to troubleshoot and correct a reoccurring issue with a component. He worked patiently and efficiently and is a credit to the company!
