I had to find a veterinarian to euthanize my cat who was going through neurological issues severely impacting her quality of life. Faulkner took us in the day I called. They provided a room where my wife and I could spend time saying goodbye to our precious and loved cat. They told us how they would perform the procedure and asked if we wanted to be there. We stayed through the procedure and they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They allowed us to take care of payment in the room and not have to return to the main lobby. They also allowed us to leave through a back exit again preventing us to have to walk through the lobby with our year drenched eyes. They were very companionate and I'd highly recommend them should you find yourself in a situation like this.

Dr. Glenn and his staff are amazing my dog Gigi was diagnosed with bladder stones and got sick fast. I took her in on a Monday morning with no scheduled appointment Dr. Glenn was able to do surgery on her that same day and she was back home with me by 6pm. This was in spite of the office being short staffed that day! I am very thankful for the dedication of these great people

I have a four month old puppy. I'd previously taken her to a vet in Charlotte and had a miserable experience. I saw the other reviews for Faulkner, and decided to give them a shot. We found our vet for life. Dr. Dillworth was wonderful. The entire staff was great! The nurses were so sweet with my dog, and the front staff was amazing. It's obvious that they truly care about my dog's well being. They were patient with a million questions (I'm a first time puppy owner) and had great answers. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to work with.
