5 stars! Best customer service on Saturday. Just as I was beginning to panic as our bathroom was filling with water, I called Carter. The best experience from start when Abby answered the phone answered to finish when Johnathan P. went above and beyond to fix the issue. I appreciate the professionalism and helpful demeanor from these both of these employees when we had a weekend plumbing emergency.

I called Carter Quality Plumbing around 1PM on a Wednesday afternoon after I had water backing up into my pipes. The first techs, Randy and Ethan, arrived within an hour of my initial call and determined the issue was that my septic tank had become full and needed to be pumped so they called the office for me to have that set up for the following morning. Thursday by 9AM, Douglas and Phillip were in my driveway ready to pump my system out for me and get me back up and running. They assessed a few other things and determined there was a, separate, underlying issue with a float in one of our tanks that needed to be fixed that was causing the rest of the system to back up... read full review
