Our family has used this office several times for everything from illness to injury over the past year. I have always been impressed with the speed in which you are seen, the professionalism of the staff and the overall care.
I went to this urgent care yesterday. As I was filling out information I asked the receptionist if they could handle anaphylactic shock (I had signs of anaphylaxis, but was unsure when to use my epi pen). I was taken back quickly. They administered the appropriate medication. The staff were nice, friendly and made me feel at ease in a bad situation. I would definitely use their services again.
Great experience today at LC urgent care. I was seen within 10 mins of arriving, the assistant and the NP were great. I was able to get the medication I needed and I’m already starting to feel better.
