There is nothing fun when a tragedy strikes but these tough situations will hopefully show you companies that still take pride in their work and believe in great customer service. Rainbow of Charleston (and Columbia crew helping out) managed the mitigation process when my elderly parent’s house was impacted by a storm with 85mph wind resulting in a tree in their home. The work was done efficiently and expertly. All those that worked on this project were so kind and helpful. Abby in the office was also an angel dealing with all the insurance drama. I would trust them for any of their restoration services and grateful for their amazing work.

I have used other restoration companies in the past, and by far, Rainbow has been the best experience. Chris from Rainbow has kept me up to date on all of the ongoings with the work that was performed as well as what will happen next. I 100% recommend this company!

We just had Chris and Malik do a fantastic job remediating our bathroom. We came home from vacation to a soaking wet ceiling form a flood upstairs. Our apartment complex called Servpro and they were an incompetent disaster. I suggested Rainbow Remediation after hearing great things about them and I’m so glad we did. They showed up the same day on time and were able to schedule remediation for the next day. They stayed late to remove all of the wet materials so I could sleep better. They finished up with cleaning and removed the equipment today. We couldn’t be happier!Services: Flood restoration
