“I am so grateful for this amazing company! Long story short but we had issues with our HVAC unit after Tropical storm Debby and a power outage. When the power was restored the AC was not. So we went through the home warranty company for a service call and we were without AC for almost two weeks! The company the warranty company sent out did their inspection and something didn’t seem right to me. We also were waiting for so long for the warranty company to issue an approval on the work recommended, so I decided to reach out to Fogel services for another opinion and inspection and low and behold the company’s inspection proved my suspicions right. The unit needed to be replaced and what the warranty company wanted to do was a patch job, replace parts that actually were not in need of replacing, and then wait for a long time to even approve anything to be done!

My recommendation is getting rid of or not using a warranty company, save your money and get the work done yourself and when it needs to be done, reach out to Fogel services! They sent a tech out the next day after putting in a call fairly late, and the tech came out and did a thorough inspection, and the unit was replaced like that! Fogel services is the best!“
