I scheduled with Lee to have him come fix my back door for me. I waited a week and a half for him to come out and fix it. 2 days before he’s scheduled to come he texts me saying that he isn’t comfortable doing it and that he doesn’t have the right tools. There is a YouTube video on how to do it, so if he can’t makes you wonder how talented he actually is. I asked him if he could just replace the whole door for me as we had originally talked about and he said that he already had jobs lined up for Monday (when I did not tell him to cancel on Monday!) and to find someone else. This man is unreliable and a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

The best thing about Lee is he answers his phone and replies to texts. lol I called 8 different handyman services and C&L was one of only two that I could get in contact with. The other company wouldn’t give me a quote over the phone and wanted $85 for an estimate. None of that BS with Lee.

Quick, reliable work, but expensive! My bathroom fan wasn't working, so I called to get it fixed. He was able to come out right away and he brought a new motor for the fan with him. He told me on the phone that a new motor was about $18, and when he arrived at my house, I asked again how much the job was cost and he quoted the $18 motor price again. Then I asked, "What's the cost of labor?" but I guess he didn't hear me and that's my fault for not being persistent about it...I just assumed if he was so honest and upfront about the cost of the motor, he would maybe charge a reasonable rate for labor.
