This company was chosen by my realtor to conduct the repairs on my new home. On the day of the initial repairs, I stopped by as the new owner to introduce myself and thank them for the work they were doing. The older guy with the slicked back white hair acted like I was an absolute bother so that rubbed me the wrong way. Fast forward a couple weeks and the exterior and a few interior repairs remained. Understandably they had to postpone a few times due to weather. None of this was communicated well. I also had an "aged" AC unit that was supposed to be serviced.
