This company was chosen by my realtor to conduct the repairs on my new home. On the day of the initial repairs, I stopped by as the new owner to introduce myself and thank them for the work they were doing. The older guy with the slicked back white hair acted like I was an absolute bother so that rubbed me the wrong way. Fast forward a couple weeks and the exterior and a few interior repairs remained. Understandably they had to postpone a few times due to weather. None of this was communicated well. I also had an "aged" AC unit that was supposed to be serviced. Instead of servicing and offering suggestions, they tried to upsell me a whole new system for 10,650 bucks. Oh but so nice of them to offer payment plans since they understood this is a big expense. Had 2 tenured AC techs come out and all I needed was a condensor. If they were honest I would of went with them. canceled the remaining repairs. As a vet I wanted to use veteran owned businesses for future work, but not this one.
