“Customer service is five stars, quality of work is three stars. I'm willing to give an average here because the service really was that good but I couldn't in good conscience give more stars when my nails chipped in less than 24 hours, and that seemed to be a theme of earlier negative reviews. In general, the paint job wasn't great, almost see through when I requested opaque. The prices are simply too high for a manicure that doesn't last a day. Now, to the customer service, the conversation was great! The staff was very friendly, the warm neck pillow and blanket were pleasant surprises during my pedicure. I was given a bottle upon arrival and great arm and leg messages as part of the manicure and pedicure. The massage was not the best I've ever had, but no complaints, and again great service that made me feel comfortable and cared for. Ultimately, if you're looking for a relaxing experience with friendly folks this place is a winner, if you need a manicure that looks good and lasts you may need to look elsewhere.“
