My next point of contact was Dr Sydney. She made me feel very at ease a very kind, soft spoken and knowledgable individual. Doc asked lots of question and did a few wee X-rays so that she could analyze my issues. Dr Sydney put a treatment plan in place for my 2nd visit. The plans included time scales, number of visits, costs and everything thing else you could think to ask. The main point is it takes time, patience and Dr Sydney will recommend how you can help yourself (exercise, stretching, supplements).

Before my treatment with Dr Sydney i could barely bend or move my neck. Now i can look both ways, find it easier to put on my pants, bend over and pick something off the floor without wondering how i was getting beck up. It was and is the simple things that Dr Sydney made happen for me. It wasn't overnight and this only part of the story but my journey with Dr Sydney and Ashley is well worth it and continues to this day. I have a better life and can’t thank Dr Sydney enough.“
