“In all my years in the healing arts, I have never come across anyone quite like Pavan. Her ability to tap in and move energy is unparalleled in my experience. Its difficult to put into words just how special, unique, and amazing sessions with her are. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!“

The Healing Gallery Yoga

“Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I decided to try a couples massage while visiting CHS for a week. We had Jessica and Grace. Both ladies were fantastic. Really helped with our trouble spots. Both were very knowledgable and gave ideas for healing. We loved our experience so much we decided to return before leaving the area. I did another massage and my husband tried reiki. Loved a whole health healing approach. Will definitely return.“

Suzanne Goldston Yoga

“I'm feel so blessed that Suzanne & I crossed paths. She has forever changed my perception of life. I was lucky enough to have Suzanne as my 200 HR. YTT instructor. Those 6 months were life changing. I learned so much about the principles of yoga, how to teach a well rounded class & most importantly learned about my inner self. I found my first teaching yoga job after moving to Colorado & I've continued to grow with the tools Suzanne taught me. I would highly recommend her for YTT!“

8AM - 2PM

1739 Maybank Hwy Ste. L, Charleston
Club Pilates Yoga

“I really enjoy going to this studio! You do have to schedule in advance to grab a spot but I can usually get whatever spots I want about 5-7 days out. Parking is super easy in the center it's in but if there's a wreck/backup at 17 and Main, it becomes super hard to get into the lot (nothing the business can handle, just a heads up for planning). The classes have all been challenging but doable and the instructors are all great.“

7AM - 1PM

465 Meeting St Suite 150, Charleston
The Works Cycle Downtown Yoga

“I just started going to the works cycle, and absolutely love it. The instructors are amazing and so inspirational when in class. It makes working out fun and uplifting. Always 10/10 music, I feel a good burn after every work out. It can get expensive but I feel like it's worth every penny. I love going in and coming out feeling stronger and more energy to conquer the day. The inside is clean, the instructors are helpful with setting everything up for you if you are new or just need anything. The bikes always feel clean and it's hard in that environment because it gets so sweaty but they do a good job. Parking is always weird I kinda just park where ever I see a spot in surrounding areas, I mainly go to their my pleasant location which has easier parking. It's a lot of fun and a good way to start a day.“
