Roto-Rooter unclogged my storm drains over 2 separate visits. Both Dereck and Rico were professional, knowledgeable and efficient workers. I was kept informed about their progress on each visit. 2nd time was a charm for completely unstopping drains. Thank you R-R!! pk

The scheduling process was great and fast. The diagnosis and remedy also spot on. When we followed up for more details, they were extremely quick to get is the information requested. Second time we've used this team and would highly recommend.
Scooby was wonderful to work with! He was quick, professional, and friendly. There's nothing like sewage to ruin your day but Scooby saved the day and made the situation much calmer. I would highly recommend working with Roto-Rooter and Scooby if your house ever has an unfortunate plumbing backup like mine did!
