I had always been small and skinny and never worried much about diet or exercise. When I hit 40, something happened and my sedentary lifestyle started to catch up with me. It got to a point that I would cringe when I saw a picture of myself. I tried gym memberships, but found them to be intimidating and overwhelming. TJ is a great trainor who pushes me to do things I didn't think I could do. He also helps me keep my diet on track with reccommendations. Now I feel better and stronger and have more energy.
