“Pivotal Restoration (Jame Winters was our project manager) came behind the first restoration company that totally messed up our home after an HVAC flood destroyed walls on two levels of our house. The first company admitted wrongdoing and our insurance hired Pivotal to come fix the first company’s bad work. They came out quickly and did the work to my standards which are high. They did a little extra not in the work order which made us even happier. Jame was very responsive via texting which was so helpful.
