From start to finish, our experience was amazing. A downburst caused three trees to fall on our property including one through the interior of the house. We found Ash and her team on the street helping another neighbor and asked for an estimate. We found her and EVERY member of the team professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. We signed that day. Their crew was careful and friendly, patient with all my questions and just a joy to work with. Ash helped so much with the insurance company and even months later would help provide additional documentation. My homeowners insurance was giving me trouble about some trees in my yard.I contacted Charleston tree experts and got a very reasonable quote. They did great work and sent me pictures and a letter to send to my insurance which was super helpful!
