I have been using the services of AGL for the past 16 years. They have always provided top notch professional service, and I always feel I am getting better than a fair deal. I have had units installed in two different houses, had ductwork replaced in one, and have received maintenance every six months across that 16 year span. I trust AGL, and wouldn't use any other HVAC provider.
Completely messed up our entire system and said can’t fix condensation on a pipe. And to just let it leak through vent and check sometimes.they were here for maintenance and now our AC says 79 when it’s 72 and the upstairs completely just stopped working. The humidity is also running higher since he came.
Hoping to have this resolved tomorrow and edit my review. I’ve been using them for several years and was pleased before this. Super disappointing.
Edit: they called me first thing in morning. Becca is so nice and Matt saved the day. I’ll be sticking with them for annual service and Matt is just WONDERFUL. Will be requesting him from here on out....read full review
Our technician, Daniel, is super friendly and professional. He calls ahead and is always on time. He explains what he is doing and why. He is open to questions. I highly recommend AGL for your HVAC needs!
