“This practice is outstanding. Cindy at the front desk is a true treasure and always greets you with a smile. Scheduling is not difficult and they always seem to find a way to see me quickly. Dr. Armour is outstanding - after seeing multiple doctors for neck pain with only marginal improvement, MUSC's Pain Management department referred to me to Dr. Armour. His evaluations are thorough (including review of not just imaging reports but the images themselves), he takes the time to really listen, and is comfortable using different modalities to treat pain - not just spinal manipulations but also soft tissue work and acupuncture and dry needling. The treatment plan focuses on results and not getting you to come back over and over again for visits or prepaying for a package of visits (which is typical of some chiropractic practices). Daniel, their massage therapist, is also wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.“

Dr. Karpinsky’s knowledge of the human body and how each muscle, ligament, tendon, etc., work both independently and together is second to none. Dr. Karpinsky throughly listens to and evaluates the issues that one is having. He provides ART (active release technique) to the affected area and provides helpful information for preventive exercices to do at home. “I came to Tiffany because I was having issues with my health. I had trouble concentrating, felt uneasy in situations that required me to be in control, like driving. Was very tired all the time, and had been struggling with some terrible acne for a while and very painful periods. When I started trying to get pregnant I couldn’t get pregnant and it was after 6 unsuccessful months of trying that I decided to seek help from a Naturopath. This led me to find Tiffany.
