So I will start off by saying that Chloe did an excellent job on the sale. The price for the windows you get was very reasonable. Labor for installing was fair. I was thinking about just putting them in myself but time was a factor. Overall I think the look we were going for was achieved and for the most part it was good. The install went quick and Daniel and his crew did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. They did however get the sound glass put in the wrong place and the interior moulding had the big gap with caulk filled in. This is where things have not gone very good. We worked with Chloe, and she was exceptional to work with. She responded on any question gave codes to have house painted to match windows. Daniel and his team were professional, only 3 guys, but my husband thought we had six people, as they worked in concert to be efficient. Big purchase, well worth it, we love them. Great overall experience!The team that installed our windows were here on time and completed the job within one day!We love the windows! House is now more quieter and the temperature is a lot easier to maintain. Look forward to lower power bills. Great overall experience!!
