Takes a very long time to get tax returns completed, probably because he overbooks himself. Other than the delay we had an overall good experience at that point. The year after using his services I called him about an issue I was running into while filing our own taxes online because I didn't know who else to ask after scouring the internet and was feeling very frustrated and needed some answers. After a few minutes of half-hearted response on his part, he cut me short and said he had a bunch of tax returns waiting on him and needed to go right now.
