“Our old house required a lot of work. Alex Smith and his apprentice, Ethan, over 2 1/2 days, did a fabulous job with minimum disruption to our household. Cathy, in Customer Service, was the best I have encountered also, keeping us updated when we called on a Friday, and working us in early in the week. We really felt like we were the only customer Mr. Electric had that week! We really appreciated the texts advising that Alex was on his way (complete with picture! Great service, great expertise! Can't say enough!“
