“I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Duraclean!! I called them in a panic one morning, due to our second floor laundry room flooding. The water came through the ceiling vents downstairs and I had a mess on both levels! Tiffanie, took my call that day and she sent Thomas and Eric a few hours later to begin the cleanup. These guys were friendly and answered a bunch of my questions about what the next steps would be in this process. After that, Tiffanie arranged literally everything for me and was a true godsend with her knowledge of the business and what needed to be done. I am so thankful that I had such a person to guide me through this stressful process! Tiffanie made all the appts with contract managers, arranging a Pod to be delivered to store our furniture and such, sent the estimates to my home owners insurance on my behalf, arranged for packers and movers to do all of what had to be done! The ladies that packed up all of my things were wonderful! They securely wrapped my belongings and labeled it all. The same crew did the post renovation cleaning and they did such a thorough job, even organizing my Tupperware cabinet! (*sigh!) I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get their names :(( Scott, my project manager was so helpful! He stopped by many times for measurements, checking on progress of the work, and inspecting the quality of the contractor’s work. I hope I never have to go through this again…but if I do I’ll definitely use Duraclean! Y’all are rockstars!!!“

“I had a fairly large braided rug and wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned , so I contacted Jarrod when I saw the business advertised on Facebook, he agreed to clean my rug and pointed out since it was braided he would have to be extra gentle with it and of course both sides would need cleaned.
