“If you’re looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go! I appreciate everyone getting me in so soon for an appointment. I had never really been to the dentist as a child and then things just went left unnoticed as being a young adult. I never really understood the importance of going to the dentist but now I do. It started out as a bad tooth that put me in a lot of pain. And that tooth lead to a tooth extraction and no I wasn’t excited about getting a tooth extracted but it was a total good experience. From going in to the office, to getting the injections (which I don’t even remember and know I didn’t feel), and then getting the extraction done. Dr.B is the best! He makes sure you understand everything and will tell you what he is looking at on a level where you understand it. Kathryn is also awesome and I appreciate all the times that I’ve called up to the office since my extraction due to question I have from overthinking every little thing. Jasmine is such a great dental assistant and I appreciate all her help and patience with me. I love it here! The staff are amazing! I look forward to being a long time patient!“

“My first visit and I was very impressed with facility and staff.
One issue...when you need a restroom in a new environment, you need to know where ALL available restrooms are located incase the first location is occupied. If the other restrooms aren't in the same physical area, post signage indicating next nearest location...

Return visit on Wednesday, February 24 for chipped tooth repair.Great experience and repair done quickly, with no discomfort.

Other than the text linkage problem, my experience at Boiling Springs PROGrin was over the top.

Return visit January 31st. 2023 for routine cleaning and checkup.
Great experience and seeing all the parents there with their children indicates a level of confidence and trust with the ProGrin staff.
The facility is spacious and the waiting area comfortable, not your normal dentist office; plus you see familiar faces, often an indication of a great work environment.“
