We are extremely satisfied with the care and attention our pet receives. She has extreme seperation anxiety and enrolling her in day camp was the best decision we have made. Both our dog and our family are much happier. You won't regret trying Pet Paradise for your pet--We don't! Thank you Staff!
UPDATE 7/10: The resort manager gave me a call and cleared up the miscommunication. I appreciate the care and attention by this team and changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. She mentioned that they are planning on moving from a call center model to a direct contact with the resort model, this way any miscommunication will be less likely to occur. As stated before, it’s a great facility and they do a great job caring for the pets. Hopefully communication will be a little more thorough moving forward.

I’ve used 3 different Pet Paradise that are around the area I live and I found that this facility looks more spacious, luminous and open. I’ve been happy with the 3 of them but I will be using this one from now on.
The personnel is also super friendly and accommodating.
