I reached out to Paul and I was able to drop it off later that day. He called me the following day after looking at it and provided me with an estimate for the repair and shipping time for the part. He called me a few days later to let me know the shipping time was delayed (seems to be the norm these days) and said he would let me know when he got the part and when I could pick it up. I picked up the laptop today and the keyboard is good to go. I would highly recommend Paul if you need a repair for your computer. “You can always rest assured that you’re getting a good deal here. I walked in there with a mess of wires and circuit boards that was the innards of a project I was about to call it quits on. In a last ditch effort I called about a dozen repair places in search of someone to help me relocate some components on a printed circuit board. This place was the only shop that didn’t turn me down. Once everything was de-soldered, I thought “welp, this is going to be impossible for anyone to re-solder these near-microscopic components”.
