My tow drive, Chris couldn’t have been more professional and so helpful when my car suddenly stopped while I was driving through Columbia, SC ( I was out of town passing through to my destination). I called my insurance company and Mack’s Towing came to my rescue. It was a Saturday and rental car options were very limited. They towed me to the Nissan dealership and I was very fortunate that Nissan was able to find the problem, fix it and get me on my way.I want to thank Chris with Mack Towing for being so helpful and kind.Service: Car towing

I have had no problems with this company and would like to keep it that way. But my car needs repairs now and I hope to get it taken care of when I get the money I have an old Volvo 2001 that's has more problems than the Law allows and the Lord. Being single with no help I am happy that the men at this shop is willing to help me and they are just like family too me.

After four towing places came and told me they couldn’t help me this was the only business who went above and beyond to help. They got tires and rims to put on my car so it could be towed safely to the repair place. Very professional and friendly service. They have gained a lifelong customer.
