Horrible place! Everybody expect a few workers are on drugs. Office manager and commercial manager are horrible people. Very unprofessional place. Use the cheapest methods possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ll regret it 1 year later when your unit stops working….

bought a house in 2017 we knew the 22 year old heat pump had to be replaced and started getting estimates. I am extremely allergic to mold mildew and dust and the old system was just awful. Headaches were constant .Southern Air was the ONLY company that told us that we DID NOT need new duct work as it can be cleaned out. They spent quite a bit of time thoroughly cleaning ducts. and registers. New system 14 seer and cut our electric bill in half! .Sherry in the office is such a sweet lady....Everyone evolved here really cared about you and their work. They even changed the installation date when it was so cold and our old system died . They were HONEST polite, respectful...read full review
