“We did three massages at Namaste during our Hilton Head getaway. My therapist, Victoria, was wonderful. There is a small relaxation room with tea and water. The massage tables were the most comfortable I had experienced. I did miss the fun of the sauna, steam room, ice bath, showers, and robes that some other Marriotts provide when you get a spa treatment. They do not provide these amenities but it was convenient as we were already staying on site. After they provided a warm neck pillow and a mimosa while you relax for a few minutes. The staff was fire y and facilities were clean. All in all, it was a nice little splurge for a vacation treat. I might shop around for other spas next time I'm in the area just for price comparison as it's a little steep.“

A wide variety of classes with more intense Jiva Flows as well as, Slow Flows, Gentle Stretch, Chair Yoga, Yin, and even Kundalini— Jiva Yoga Center has it all! They also host special events throughout the year. We are blessed to have this studio and its instructors on the island “

“I run a women’s leadership retreat every year on Hilton Head Island we asked The Art of Massage and Wellness to facilitate yoga classes on the beach each morning and on site massages for our guests. They did a fabulous job! The yoga instructor was phenomenal and really tailored the yoga class to our group. The massages were incredible too! I sent a survey to my retreat guests asking them for feedback and every single attendee gave The Art of Massage and Yoga five stars! Without a doubt, will be working with them again next year.“

“I had an amazing anti aging facial by Dakota as well as getting my lashes lifted and tinted - I buy my lash serum from the salon as well and it worked so well that I needed to have them lifted after only using the serum for a month! Dakota was very efficient and helpful in explaining the process. If you want to feel amazing go to Salon Celeste for the amazing services including great hair care. Celeste is the best hairstylist. “My family and I were in Hilton Head Island, NC and I was able to grab some time for myself. So I went to Indigo Spa and received a 50min facial and a 50min therapeutic massage and it was AWESOME!!!!! I had a young lady named Mercedes for my facial, she was very sweet and knowledgeable of her craft. I had Rachel as my massage therapist and when I tell you she knows how to address muscles and listens to what you as the client needs I mean it. The prices were expected for a vacation town but it’s worth it. I enjoyed it so much I will be going back for a 80 min massage with Rachel! The environment was very relaxing with a lounge where you waited for your therapist. I would recommend to anyone staying on Hilton Head Island. I will be making this a priority stop when we are here for vacation!“

“Such a lovely and calming spa, wonderful shopping, and friendly staff. I had an Aro massage and it was wonderful, with my choice of essential oils. Renee did a wonderful massage, was beer friendly, and the bed you lie on was heated and so comfy, amazing with the cooler fall temps outside. I had a great experience.“

“Phillip did my manicure and pedicure while I was visiting from Georgia. I’m pretty sure this is the best mani/pedi I have ever had! He took his time and obviously took great pride in his work.
