We were beyond impressed with Gaston Rodriguez’s professionalism from start to finish. Because of his awesome communication, quick response time and constant availability, we never felt lost during the entire process. He even sat with us for support during that phone call to USAA to file our claim and then worked directly with their adjuster when he came to inspect our damage and determine if a full roof replacement was in order. They were extremely hard working. We were actually quite mesmerized with the efficiency and teamwork they displayed, but most importantly they did an excellent job. Their lead installer, Julio was a master of his trade and was very friendly and proactive to keep everything running like a fine-oiled machine. The carpenter repairing the rotten wood and fascia was so fast, yet precise, we were so impressed. They even completely covered our fishpond, and garden, making sure no debris got in. Clean up was immaculate and what's more, the whole process took 1 day! We couldn’t believe our eyes. Mauricio, our project manager made sure we were 100% satisfied with a walk around and needless to say our new roof is beautiful. A huge improvement and our property value just increased by far.
