Not sure who negative reviewer reviewed, but it couldn't have been Butch and PCT Services. This company, and Butch personally, are two of the best things that have happened to us since moving to Hilton Head. Workmanship is of the highest level, as are his ethics & construction standards; reliable communicator (critical to me!), flexible, actually listens(!) and has more than reasonable pricing. I would heartily recommend him to my closest friends and will continue to utilize his services as we expand our renovations.

Butch (PCT) has been our contractor (full-time) for 3 years and has complete access to our homes. PCT has completed multiple renovations to our homes in Sea Pines (Hilton Head). PCT is competent and Roger and Jose make a wonderful team. Roger and Jose’s finish work we have been very pleased with, over the years. They are people that you CAN trust in your home. They have been on our payroll consistently for many years. I have no qualms about them being in our properties. Plan appropriately for permits and have realistic expectations on time for completion. Good results will take time.
