My husband and I recently purchased a home in Sea Pines that needed many things: exterior and interior painting, carpentry work, electrical upgrades, new water heaters, the list went on. Paul and his team were amazing to work with. Our HOA contracted the painting of our oceanfront building with him in January. They completed the work in about 75% of the time projected. Brought in space heaters to deal with variable temperatures caused by the time of year. Paul was in contact with me regularly and was available via text or phone as needed.With all major projects, it is important to have a project manager. I was onsite and available to answer any questions he had to avoid delays. By being able to work with such a high quality professional, things went very smoothly.
