Nail Talk and Spa, located in Hilton Head Island, is a renowned beauty salon, having won the Reader's Choice Award in 2022 and 2020, as well as being voted the best salon by Yelp for five consecutive years from 2017 to 2022. The salon offers a variety of nail designs and provides full beauty treatments for customers. One customer, who visited the salon during their vacation, reported an excellent experience with their daughter receiving nail extensions and gel polish in a pink French style. The service and staff were highly praised. Another customer, who walked in during a busy hour, had to wait a short time but was pleased with the business and the friendly staff. However, they noted that their nails were a bit crooked, but still looked nice overall. However, a different customer had a less positive experience. They felt that their liquid gel was not fully removed and their nails were left lumpy. They also expressed disappointment with the lack of a nail dryer and the use of quick dry spray. Additionally, they were unimpressed with the observation of their tip by the nail technician before painting their nails. Despite these issues, the customer acknowledged that the salon may be excellent for gel services.
