Lisa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. With her it is not just about the massage but she takes time to coach you on how to deal with your ailments in between appointments. I can say that her massages and guidance have significantly helped the issues I have.

Lisa is phenomenal! She targeted areas where I was experiencing pain & I woke up the next day with little to no pain in those areas. She made some recommendations for self care tips which are helping! She has a very gentle demeanor & soothing tone of voice. The studio is lovely & the massage table can be heated if you’d like. I’m looking forward to my next session!

Lisa was a miracle worker and saved my vacation! I could barely stand up straight because I had hurt my back and she was amazing- I left there feeling great and was able to move without pain and she gave me some stretches to help it stay that way! Thank you!
