Relied on this service company to clean investment property only to lose clients over poor cleaning services provided. No quality control and will hurt your rental reputation seek another company.

We have a rental unit and were actually pleased with the service, none of our guests had complained about cleanliness of our condo, but ironically, we are here for a few months and have had a horrible experience. They sent a completely inept, unprepared cleaner and even after having her come back, the job was extremely poor. To be fair, we didn’t follow up AGAIN (for personal reasons I explained, but won’t go into here) When I finally was able to call to discuss the matter and explain why we were tardy in dealing with this issue I was met with a barrage of curt, rude threats of being reported to collections.
