Not much excitement here, very low key in the evening for any such entertainment. Our room was never restocked of any coffee / supplies, had to call down 3 times to get any such service. Asked to get the hideabed made up twice, instead they bring us a rollaway. Guess if you're looking for quiet beach large resort hotel this is your place, almost the feeling of a retirement community without any activities. We are use to nicer resorts with evening entertainment and service that’s more attentive to their clientele.

First time to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The area is beautiful, the beaches were pristine and for our visit the end of February, overall quiet. I am sure come spring break and summer, this is packed. The hotel was very nice. Loved the gift shop and dining options. The grounds are beautiful and easy to get around.
I was there for a conference and even the dining room was accommodating for the late night guests. Thank you!! I wish I lived around here so I could come back to this spa! One of the best massages I’ve had and they really pamper you with robes and an area with a sauna and hot tub. I wish I could have stayed all day!
