Cyril Butler is a great plumber and even a better person. After hearing my plight he seemed concern over the phone after I explained to him that my bathroom faucet was causing a disaster and I needed the use of the sink badly for my condition. He was busy but made time to come and repair that right away. I have Crohn's and Cyril fixed the disaster that I thought was facing ! Thank you Cyril .Pat Power

Our water heater failed. I stopped in at Butler's at 730am on a holiday monday, hoping to arrange a replacement. Despite the holiday, the office was open and busy. Got 30 minutes of helpful advice. We arranged for an estimator to visit the house. He showed up right on time. Then we arranged for the installation of a new water tank. The installation team showed up right on time, did a very neat installation and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.Service: Water heater repair
