We use maid for you for you short term rental on HHI. We always have positive reviews about how clean the unit is and if we ever have issues Bill is always so helpful. We live 12 hours from our unit so maid for you really acts as our “boots on the ground” and they are spectacular. We would HIGHLY recommend them for short term rental cleanings. We can’t really say enough about them.

My fiance won't get his hair cut anywhere but here when we're in town. Apparently he's not the only one...its hard to get an appointment. But easier than walking in. Because you'll have to eat and drink and shop while waiting till they can take you. Which really isn't that unpleasant, cause there's much to do in this center.

Got a great haircut while on vacation here. I had soooo much hair and the lovely Robin took so much time and care to make me look great for my anniversary. Phillip did my manicure and pedicure while I was visiting from Georgia. I’m pretty sure this is the best mani/pedi I have ever had! He took his time and obviously took great pride in his work. Glenna has been working with my hair for years. She has always made me confident with what I have;which is inherited thin hair. Joke is my dear mom, who lived to 99 and never had a single gray hair,used to say, "What was supposed to turn gray, turned loose." So Glenna has helped with my cuts and suggestions of products, so I can happily say, "I still have some hair and am proud that much of it is gray!" But she is also excellent with all different types. I know this from observation and the fact she styled my daughter's hair for her wedding and also her bridesmaids...all beautiful. And not only the above, but I consider Glenna a real friend. I was traveling and needed my hair color touched up and a haircut. I called in the morning and was fortunate to get an appointment with Larry Freda that day. He did a wonderful job on my color, cut, and hairstyling. I felt so much better afterwards! I have a sensitive scalp, and he made sure that I was comfortable with what he would be using. He shared with me some advice about Hilton Head and was very friendly. It was his birthday! It cost more than I typically pay in Missouri, however, things seem to cost more here in Hilton Head and comparing prices to another couple of places that I viewed online, it seemed a bit more reasonable. I left a good tip for Larry, also.
I had an amazing anti aging facial by Dakota as well as getting my lashes lifted and tinted - I buy my lash serum from the salon as well and it worked so well that I needed to have them lifted after only using the serum for a month! Dakota was very efficient and helpful in explaining the process. If you want to feel amazing go to Salon Celeste for the amazing services including great hair care. Celeste is the best hairstylist. I run a women’s leadership retreat every year on Hilton Head Island we asked The Art of Massage and Wellness to facilitate yoga classes on the beach each morning and on site massages for our guests. They did a fabulous job! The yoga instructor was phenomenal and really tailored the yoga class to our group. The massages were incredible too! I sent a survey to my retreat guests asking them for feedback and every single attendee gave The Art of Massage and Yoga five stars! Without a doubt, will be working with them again next year.

Having a male masseuse still makes me a little somewhat uneasy, however, Julian Diaz (Lic Massage Therapist), at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head, is one of the best in the business. The amazing comfortable/firm pressure was enough to put me in a trance to LaLaLand... He hit all my tight and sore spots. The 80 min massage went by too fast, I wish I had more time! I've had a ton of massages, all around the world, and I put the massage in my Top 10. If ever in this Sonesta, def book with Julian.
My family and I were in Hilton Head Island, NC and I was able to grab some time for myself. So I went to Indigo Spa and received a 50min facial and a 50min therapeutic massage and it was AWESOME!!!!! I had a young lady named Mercedes for my facial, she was very sweet and knowledgeable of her craft. I had Rachel as my massage therapist and when I tell you she knows how to address muscles and listens to what you as the client needs I mean it. The prices were expected for a vacation town but it’s worth it. I enjoyed it so much I will be going back for a 80 min massage with Rachel! The environment was very relaxing with a lounge where you waited for your therapist. I would recommend to anyone staying on Hilton Head Island. I will be making this a priority stop when we are here for vacation!

Amanda was amazing! I went for a full body massage. I tend to have tightness in my hips and lower back and it was like she was able to hone in perfectly to those challenge areas for me. First time to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The area is beautiful, the beaches were pristine and for our visit the end of February, overall quiet. I am sure come spring break and summer, this is packed. The hotel was very nice. Loved the gift shop and dining options. The grounds are beautiful and easy to get around.
I was there for a conference and even the dining room was accommodating for the late night guests. Thank you!! In order to be seated, we ended up sharing a table with an unknown conference guest but it was a lovely dinner conversation and experience. We loved in room dining and one morning did a pick up order from the restaurant. Housekeeping was very sweet and friendly and easy to get new towels one day and tidy up the room the next.
I can say that the concierge was quite helpful. He was very engaging and informative. However, I had multiple experiences with the front desk which were not as successful. I work for Marriott and I was disappointed in the level of service I received from various agents at the Front desk.
I could go into more detail, but as a Marriott employee you know what your key points are and frankly your team was not meeting them. After several negative encounters, I finally noted I worked for Marriott, hoping to change the dynamic, but the poor service continued. So front desk, you missed the mark……the rest of the team, from the valet and housekeeping to the restaurant and grounds personnel, they made it a wonderful experience.
I would go back, just recognizing that the service standards at the desk may not be welcoming when you walk in, but the rest of the experience will. Sorry Marriott, it’s just that important.
My daughter had always wanted me to get a matching tattoo with her but never got an opportunity before she lost her battle with cancer. Today my sister and I went and got one that tributes our love for our children. Loved the service I received at Incredible Ink! We had a great experience with Island Tattoo. Nadav is helpful, skilled, and friendly. There were 7 of us, he was patient, kind, and accommodating as only one of us is experienced with getting tattooed. He's light handed but these lines will definitely hold. The environment was stress free and we were the only customers in the shop. They played familiar music to help relax those who were nervous. 10/10 - come here for your tattoo in Hilton Head. I've checked his bigger pieces and they're awesome.

We just had the opportunity to tour the newly reconstructed Dolphin Head Recreation Area in Hilton Head Plantation. The project results are magnificent. I requested a consultation with an arborist after finding out ambrosia beetles in my tree. Bob came over and was super professional and ethical. He did not try to sell me promises as usually other companies would do and he was straight forward to the best course of action. The tree has no salvation but Bob was gentle enough to provide info and tips on how to keep my garden healthy. He took his time while here to also help me understand what might be going on with some of my other plants in my front yard and I am very grateful for him! Thank you Bob!

That did not go well at all until I met Dr. McKinley . By then, I was in dire need of a caring , competent dentist who could save my dental health (not hyperbole ) . Dr. Grant McKinley was the man for the job ! He saved my teeth and saved me from getting dentures . Dr. McKinley and his staff are extremely professional, competent, kind and caring. I had one other expert a chiropractor and Dr Ken and his staff are light years of technology and training above them. I go to him for new ailments and maintenance on a weekly basis and always come away feeling better both physically and mentally from the camaraderie with the staff.

Our vet was out of town on Friday and our sweet girl dog had what we thought was a UTI. We called Hilton Head Vet and they scheduled an appointment for us that day. Even though we were not on of their patients. They could not have been kinder to us. The receptionist was friendly and made such a great impression on us. The vet tech loved on our pup and thoroughly explained what she was doing. Dr. Mcginnis took a lot of time helping us and our pup. We so appreciated all they did for us!

A wide variety of classes with more intense Jiva Flows as well as, Slow Flows, Gentle Stretch, Chair Yoga, Yin, and even Kundalini— Jiva Yoga Center has it all! They also host special events throughout the year. We are blessed to have this studio and its instructors on the island
Beautiful little studio in an excellent location on the Southend of the Island. I love the exclusivity for taking pilates. When you schedule pilates at the coop it is just you and the talented instructor.
Mike is the best!! He keeps both my dad and I healthy and ready to go for competitions. He’s Johnny on the spot when I’m in pain and I have nowhere else to go I call Mike right away. He is the best and I will continue to use him!!! Thanks Mike!!! Your hands are magic!!!!!
Absolutely the best massage I have ever received. My wife has been going to Lisa every time we come down to HHI to vacation and booked me a session. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and an expert at her craft.Some people are just naturals at their field and she is definitely one of them. The only negative is that I can’t go to Lisa more frequently.Thank you so much for an amazing experience.

Had a 2 hr session with Lucy this afternoon including walking on the back. Somehow she reduced muscle tension and made me very relaxed. A very good session. They took me same afternoon of my phone call. Parking is plentiful and facility is very nice and clean. Will definitely go back.
