Ethan is very responsive. He was the first person to get in touch with me concerning my tree job. There were a few small issues encountered in the course of this job, but Ethan was able to work towards a resolution. Ultimately an agreeable compromise was reached. Ethan performed some general tree trimming and cutting work for us.
